At GONE.ARCHIVE, we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-run archival pieces may be subject to final sale terms as specified on the product page.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
